YOUR DELIVERY, AGREED WITH YOU
We call before we book.
Once your items arrive into stock, UC Beds will call you to agree a suitable day from our next available delivery dates and confirm a time slot. We will only deliver after booking and confirming with you.
Estimated arrival into stock: mattresses approximately 7 days; selected home-goods and clearance products 2–5 working days; other furniture 7–10 working days. Your product page shows the applicable estimate. Estimates depend on supplier availability and are separate from the delivery appointment.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Make sure it fits.
Check the packaged dimensions, doorways, stairs and the space in your room. Tell us about access restrictions and confirm your chosen delivery and removal services in advance.
The team confirms stock and your delivery date after reviewing the request. Standard delivery is to the door, so plan how to move your furniture indoors or select the room-of-choice service.
