1. Choose your products
Select the size, finish and other options you need, then use Buy now, Click & Collect or your basket to continue to checkout. Quote-only collections have a separate Get a price enquiry.
At checkout, enter your details and choose delivery or free Click & Collect. Review your products, optional services and final total before paying. Checkout shows the currently available payment options and does not accept unpaid orders.
2. Confirm availability and the final total
Confirm product availability, selected options, lead time, access requirements and your total, including any delivery or removal services. A catalogue listing is not a live-stock promise.
An order is accepted only after successful full payment or a minimum 25% deposit and confirmation of the order arrangements. Read your order confirmation and any product-specific terms. Starting checkout, selecting a payment option or attempting a failed payment is not an accepted order. If an item is unavailable, an alternative is your choice; it is not substituted without agreement.
- Check the exact size, colour, storage option and included items.
- Check the agreed delivery or collection date and any access restrictions.
- Keep the final total, payment receipt, balance deadline and cancellation information with your order details.
Delivery and optional services
Standard delivery is to the door. Delivery is free up to 15 miles from Rhyl LL18 1BN, £30 over 15 and up to 30 miles, and £45 over 30 and up to 50 miles. Checkout uses the straight-line postcode radius, not driving mileage. We do not deliver beyond 50 miles. Free Click & Collect is available from Rhyl.
Room-of-choice delivery and setup costs £20 extra. Flat-packed items are carried to the room and left boxed; assembly is not included. Old mattress and divan removal costs extra according to the item and size. Only services agreed for your order are included.
3. Pay in full or pay a deposit
Pay the full order total or a minimum 25% deposit before an order can be accepted. The minimum deposit is rounded up to the next penny where needed. If you choose a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before your items are released for delivery or collection.
Items are released only after the full balance is paid and the payments have cleared, including any agreed delivery or optional services. A deposit does not allow early delivery or collection. Payment confirmation and the ready-for-delivery or ready-to-collect confirmation are separate.
Checkout does not accept an unpaid order while payment setup is incomplete. When available, use the secure payment action shown in checkout or your customer portal; do not send full card details in a message.
Klarna and Clearpay
Choose the full-order payment option to see Klarna or Clearpay on the secure payment page where available. Approval, eligibility and the provider’s terms apply. The provider supplies any credit under a separate agreement; UC Beds supplies the goods. A provider-funded full payment settles your retail balance with UC Beds while you repay the provider.
Provider credit is separate from a UC Beds deposit. Read our payment information pages and the actual provider agreement before accepting. Contact UC Beds about goods and returns, and the provider about repayment or credit questions.
Existing Dream Plan orders
Dream Plan is currently unavailable for new orders. The following information is retained for customers with an existing agreement.
An existing Dream Plan agreement covers payment for your selected order before receiving the items. It consists of a minimum 25% deposit and three equal monthly recurring card payments for the remaining balance. The first monthly payment is due one calendar month after the deposit, followed by payments in months two and three.
To make all three monthly payments exactly equal, the deposit may be up to 2p higher than the minimum deposit rounded to a penny. The deposit plus the three payments equals your order total; there is no extra charge for splitting that total. Review the exact amounts and due dates before agreeing to recurring card payments.
New Dream Plan enrolment is currently paused. Selecting a deposit does not enrol you in Dream Plan. Recurring payments require your explicit agreement to the payment schedule and card authorisation.
Your items remain with UC Beds until all payments have cleared and the full balance is paid. If a payment fails, the balance remains outstanding and items are not released; contact the Rhyl team to arrange payment and confirm the next steps.
This three-month order plan is separate from any savings club or bonus offer. It does not add a savings bonus or change your cancellation and return rights.
Changing your selection or an order
If you notice a wrong option, correct your selection before paying. For an accepted order, contact UC Beds with your order reference to discuss a change. Cancellation and return rights depend on how you bought and the goods supplied. The Returns & cancellations guide explains your statutory rights.
