Billie provides business payment terms. It is not a consumer instalment plan. Use it only for a genuine business purchase where you are authorised to act for that business. For personal purchases, explore our card, PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay information instead.

Our Stripe integration supports eligible UK business purchases in GBP. Billie decides whether your business and order qualify. Showing Billie on this website does not guarantee that it will appear for your purchase or that an application will be approved.

1. 1. Choose your furniture

   Check the exact items, availability and full order total. For a display item, use Snap & Go and complete the showroom staff check.

2. 2. Identify your business purchase

   Select the full-order payment option at UC Beds checkout and tick “Buying for a business?”. Provide accurate billing and business details at the secure payment step.

3. 3. Review Billie’s offer

   Choose Billie if it is offered. Complete its verification and read the actual payment amount, due date and agreement before accepting.

The option promoted here is payment in 30 days, subject to the agreement offered by Billie. Do not assume that longer terms, an instalment plan or a particular spending limit will be available. The actual agreement shown during payment governs the provider arrangement.

Billie may assess business identity, authority, order value, payment history and credit information. It can decline a purchase or ask for more information. You can choose another available payment method if Billie is not offered.

A provider-funded full payment settles the retail amount with UC Beds once payment is confirmed. Your business then follows Billie’s payment instructions and due date. A UC Beds deposit is a separate arrangement and is not combined with Billie.

Read the actual agreement for charges, missed-payment consequences, collections and any other conditions. Contact Billie promptly if payment may be late. UC Beds cannot change a provider credit decision, extend the provider due date or guarantee approval.

UC Bed Bargains Ltd supplies your goods. Billie supplies its separate business payment service. Provider approval does not confirm stock, reserve an unapproved display item or book a delivery. UC Beds confirms the item and fulfilment arrangements separately.

Contact UC Beds about the goods, order changes or a return. Where a refund is due, we process it through the original payment route and Billie updates the amount owed. Continue following its payment instructions until it confirms any adjustment. Do not deduct a disputed amount or pay UC Beds again without checking with the provider.

Consumer cancellation rules do not automatically apply to a business purchase. The applicable retail terms and the details agreed for that business order govern it, alongside any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a personal purchase, use our consumer payment options.
