Choose collection at checkout
Select free Click & Collect at checkout. Confirm availability and the arrangements, then pay in full or a minimum 25% deposit before an order can be accepted. Collection is from UC Beds, 48-54 Wellington Road, Rhyl, LL18 1BN.
Collection does not include room delivery, setup or old bed removal. Products that require assembly still need assembling according to their instructions.
Before you travel
Deposit and Dream Plan orders cannot be collected until all remaining payments have cleared. Call 01745 344112 if you are unsure about the package size or collection arrangements. Use the agreed collection time rather than assuming opening hours from a third-party listing.
- Clear the full balance, wait for confirmation that the goods are ready and agree when to collect.
- Check packaged dimensions against your vehicle and its loading opening.
- Bring your order reference and the contact details used for the purchase.
- Tell the team in advance if somebody else will collect for you.
- Arrange appropriate help and a safe way to secure large or heavy items.
Check your item and keep the paperwork
When safe to do so, check that the item and options match your order and note any visible issue with the team. Keep the instructions and purchase details for care or later support. Collection does not remove your statutory rights.
