The payment provider supplies any credit under its separate agreement with you.
Our ordering, delivery, cancellation and returns terms apply to the retail purchase. Choosing PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Your separate provider agreement
Any provider credit is subject to its eligibility checks, approval and terms. The provider determines the offer and repayment schedule. Read and accept the actual agreement shown at the secure payment step. UC Beds cannot guarantee approval, a particular spending limit or a particular plan.
A product-page payment illustration is not a personal credit offer. The final amount includes your selected products, quantities and any delivery or optional services. The approved schedule may differ when the total changes.
Do not combine the provider options promoted here with a UC Beds deposit. Select the full-order payment option to use PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay where available.
Order acceptance and fulfilment
Starting checkout does not accept an order. We require successful payment confirmation and confirmation of the order arrangements. Delivery or collection is arranged when items are ready. A provider-funded full payment settles the retail balance with UC Beds; you then repay the provider under your agreement.
For a UC Beds deposit, the retail balance must be paid before goods are released. Provider credit and UC Beds payment plans have different repayment and release arrangements.
Cancellations and refunds
Raise retail cancellation or return requests with UC Beds and follow the Returns & cancellations guide. Report the issue to your provider as instructed in its app or account. Continue following its repayment instructions until it confirms a change.
Where a refund is due, UC Beds processes it through the original payment route. The provider adjusts the credit balance and any amounts to return. A partial refund may change remaining payments.
Information and complaints
Stripe processes secure payment information. Your selected provider, including PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay, processes information necessary to assess and manage your chosen payment agreement. Read our privacy information and the provider’s privacy notice.
Contact UC Beds for a goods or service complaint. Contact the provider directly for a credit decision, repayments, financial difficulty or credit complaint. The provider explains any further complaint or ombudsman rights in its current terms.
