A UC Beds timed clearance sale with descending prices, not a free giveaway, lottery or competitive bidding auction. Entry is free. Participants must be 18 or over. The seller and contact details are provided in our general sale terms; those terms apply alongside these event rules.

The published reveal time uses UK time. Item details remain hidden beforehand. Each revealed item has its own price-drop interval. Prices include VAT; delivery is shown separately before commitment. An event starting price is not a claim about a previous selling price. At the final event price, an unsold item is offered for five minutes, then withdrawn from this event. The clock is based on server time and does not restart when you refresh.

Only actual physical stock is offered. “Reserved” does not mean sold. “Offer ended” does not mean purchased. Ended offers cannot be bought through an old page. We do not promise that a withdrawn item will never be sold through another channel.

Provide accurate name, UK address, phone and verified email. Keep your sign-in code private. Registration does not authorise a purchase or marketing messages. Event registration is separate from the account used to view previous orders. Contact and purchase records are used to administer the event and fulfil orders, in accordance with our privacy policy. Card numbers and security codes are collected by Stripe, never stored in UC Beds event records.

Before buying or setting an automatic-buy instruction, read the product description, dimensions, photographs, inclusions and exact disclosed condition. Clearance and display items may have individually described cosmetic marks. The condition agreement acknowledges those disclosed characteristics; it does not remove rights relating to faults, misdescription or other statutory protections. Check access and suitability before committing.

The first successful server reservation secures one item at its frozen item price for ten minutes. A button tap alone is not confirmation: another customer may reserve first. Your displayed confirmation and server expiry control the hold. Delivery is added to the total before you reserve. You must finish payment and any provider steps within the hold.

At expiry we close unpaid payment attempts before releasing physical stock. Payments already processing remain locked while their outcome is checked. The team will resolve delayed confirmations; do not pay twice. Expired holds are not extended by refreshing. An item may be offered again only if its event window is still genuinely open. Reservations are limited to prevent repeated unpaid blocking.

Saving a card is optional and is not a purchase or a blanket payment authority. Choosing “Pay £X now” gives permission to charge the displayed total for that identified item using your saved card. Bank verification or a decline may prevent immediate completion. If verification is needed, follow the payment guidance or choose checkout while the hold remains. There is no substitution of a card charge for an unsuccessful instalment application without your instruction.

Available only after the item is revealed, with a saved card and a separate unticked authorisation for that item. Your instruction covers quantity one, the chosen collection or delivery option, frozen address, maximum total including delivery, and this event only. It authorises one charge at the first available event price at or below that total. It is not a subscription and never authorises purchases of undisclosed future stock.

Unexecuted instructions can be cancelled in your watch list. Replacing an instruction gives it a new place in the queue. Where instructions qualify at the same price, the earliest valid instruction is processed first; normal reservations may already have secured the item. Stock, payment checks, network delays and bank approval mean success is not guaranteed. An instruction that has begun execution may already be a purchase attempt; cancellation then requires the normal order process. If a bank check is needed, your reservation may require you to return and complete checkout. An ended event or failed instruction cannot authorise an unrelated purchase.

These options are offered only where eligible at secure checkout, subject to the provider’s terms, checks and approval. You must complete the provider journey yourself. They are not used for this event’s saved-card automatic buying. No extra fee is charged solely for choosing these providers. Read the applicable Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal information and the agreement presented by the provider.

Free collection is from Rhyl once we confirm ready. Delivery is restricted to our normal postcode area and charged at the confirmed checkout rate. We arrange a suitable delivery booking after purchase; the event is not a promise of same-day delivery. See our delivery policy. No additional discount code, deposit plan or price-drop stacking applies. A reservation or watch instruction is not a paid order; payment confirmation and our general acceptance terms apply. This online event does not remove ordinary online cancellation rights or rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. The usual statutory exceptions apply only where relevant; “clearance”, “display” or “auction” wording alone does not remove those rights. Any disclosed cosmetic condition is considered separately from a new or undisclosed fault.

No bots, multiple accounts to block stock, false contact details or repeated reservations intended to prevent genuine purchases. We may pause an event to protect stock or payments, investigate a material pricing error, or cancel an unpaid fraudulent reservation. We will contact affected paid customers and provide refunds where required. Timers and provider confirmations are checked server-side; a network or display error cannot create additional stock or guarantee a purchase. Contact UC Beds if a payment is uncertain.
